Bass Strait Scallops

Former Masterchef Australia contestant and Hobart local Sabina Newton joins the Taste for the first time this summer with Bass Strait Scallops. Featuring crumbed scallops with seaweed butter and pink eye potatoes, Sabina will also be serving indigenous caught abalone, making a visit to her stall a must for all seafood lovers!
