Captain Bligh’s Brewstillery

This very small independent brewery and distillery in Hobart produces colonial style ales and a wide range of spirits. They brew in one of Tasmania’s oldest brewery buildings, and are one of Hobart’s oldest craft breweries, and Hobart’s first brewery & distillery. You won’t find these unique drinks anywhere else, so make sure to stop by and grab a historical tipple.
