Diemen’s Ridge English Longhorn

Picture this: a custom-made old-world smoker, nearly five meters long, working its magic on some rare-breed English Longhorn beef straight from a farm in Evandale. The team from Bruny Island Island Cheese and Beer Co. in collaboration with Diemen Ridge Farm will be serving up smoked English Longhorn Brisket in a bun, slow-cooked smoked short rib with corn slaw and if you’re feeling like a feast, you can grab a platter brimming with smoked brisket, chilli beans, corn slaw, milk bun and zucchini pickles.
