A winning combination of hand cut Tasmanian potato wedges and tinned cocktails made from amazing small batch spirits, both grown and distilled on Daly Farm, located along the stunning south east coast of Tasmania, overlooking picturesque Marion Bay and the rocky outcrop of Hellfire Bluff. The Daly family were potato farmers for over 30 years, before Hellfire Distillery was launched to add value to the potatoes grown on farm. Distilling a hand crafted range using the pristine local rainwater of their region and the finest botanicals, this stall makes for a quintessentially Tasmanian experience.
