Pizzirani’s Cucina

Inspired by the rural regions of Northern Italy and enriched by local, seasonal Tasmanian ingredients, three generations of Pizzirani’s will share their passion for traditional Italian cuisine infused with contemporary Asian influences. You’ll be delighted to hear that the Bolognese Spring Roll has returned, and joining the menu is their new creation: the Katsu Sando—a combination of Japanese milk bread, an Italian sausage cutlet, curry kewpie, and crisp iceberg lettuce.
