Local Salamanca institution Rockwall is headed to the Taste for the first time this year, serving a menu favourite cooked to order: Cape Grim eye fillet with signature coffee rub & shallot butter, Tasmanian Pink Eye potato salad and roquette, Huon Valley Rubigold apple & parmesan salad. Condiments from M.I.S.H mustards & Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company. Definitely one for the meat lovers!
