With a focus on creating memorable moments through fresh Tasmanian produce, Wattlebanks was born from a desire to showcase unique dishes to locals and visitors of the island. Their menu includes a crispy Salt & Pepper Tasmanian Calamari with Chilli Lime Dressing and an unforgettable Leek and Cheese Arancini with Rocket & Parmesan.
