Waverley Distillery bring their love for the finest & best gin, handcrafted from the cleanest Tasmanian products. You absolutely cannot miss their small batch Assyrian Rhubarb Gin or The Grove Cherry gin with Tonic from the Hobart Soda Company. They’ll also be giving out the first fresh Tasmanian cherries of the season on New Years Eve from 12-4pm, all thanks to the City of Hobart Community Day.
