Tasmania has been known as the Apple Isle for generations. And when William (Willie) Smith planted his first apple tree in 1888, it was the beginning of a fruitful future for the Smith family. For four generations, the Smith family have tended to the historic Huon Valley orchards, growing and exporting some of the world’s best apples. Today, they use those same orchards to grow and craft a dyamic range of organic apple ciders.
