Shari

Shari means vinegar rice, which is simply sushi rice, and sushi chef Devin combines over ten years’ experience working in a Japanese culinary kitchen specialising in Omakase dining, with the island’s premium seafood sourced from the clean oceanic waters of Tasmania to serve his signature sushi nigari. Devin’s delicious sushi boxes also feature Tasmanian wasabi for extra Tasmanian flavour.
