Held annually on the waterfront of nipaluna/Hobart, Tasmania’s Taste of Summer is a fun, inclusive and family-friendly celebration of Tasmania’s world class food, drink, music, culture and entertainment.

A quality-driven food and drink festival committed to exclusively showcasing Tasmanian produce, we are looking for stallholders and entertainers from right around the state. 

At Tasmania’s Taste of Summer we encourage and celebrate diversity, ingenuity and out-of-the-box thinking – if you have a great product or concept then we would love to hear from you.
