Bass Strait Scallops

Spearheaded by passionate Tasmanian Sabina Newton, her mission is to celebrate the scallop through simple and considered pairings in an effort to showcase what Tasmania does best, seafood. Sabina’s childhood was spilt between Hobart and the east coast, where summer holidays consisted of fishing and being around water, and now she wants others to experience a real slice of our beautiful island home.
