Ekka

Showcasing untapped flavours from Nepal and India, from the foothills of the majestic Himalayas of Northern Nepal to the tropical Indian region of the South, Ekka is the brain child of Nepali brothers Rabin and Nabin Sapkota. Offering Indian and Nepalese cuisine in a non- traditional way, both brothers have a very strong heritage in food hospitality across Nepal, Australia and the UK, culminating in Ekka, debuted at Tasmania’s Taste of Summer 23/24. Ekka MoMo became an institution last Taste, with the brothers returning again to delight festival goers with their delicious and diverse menu!
