Nectar Eater
New to Tasmania's Taste of Summer, Nectar Eater, will serve American- style pies (that also happen to be vegan), made with fresh seasonal Tasmanian ingredients including their raspberry cream pie, cherry Mississippi mud pie and lemon blueberry meringue pie. Their products are made with traditional French, American and Belgian patisserie processes, but without the eggs, butter, cream or gelatin, making these decadent pies a treat for everyone!
