Pizzirani’s Cucina is an Italian fusion stall cooking up traditional dishes with a spin. 84 year old Nonna expertly makes handmade pasta throughout the festival, and you can expect to be blown away by giant cheese wheels filled with piping hot tagliatelle and some fun Asian/Italian fusion.

With recipes passed down through generations and the influence of the Pizzirani family’s northern Italian heritage, their unique offering is both traditional, creative and extremely delicious!
