With a focus on bold, adventurous flavours, Rude Boy champions local produce in every dish and drink.  Debuting with their classics alongside an interesting menu of Tasmanian flavours including fried oyster mushrooms made with Mr Brown & Towns mushrooms from Launceston served with lemon lemon myrtle furikake, miso caramel, zucchini pickles – yum!
