Tantuni Turkish Cuisine

Tantuni is a regional dish from Mersin, a port city on Turkey’s southern Mediterranean coastline.  A popular Turkish street food made with beef and chicken and served with a variety of fillings to complement the meat, including pickles, tomato salad, garlic yoghurt and homemade tomato sauce, Iitan Rafeeq perfectly melds delicious traditional flavours with fresh Tasmanian produce.
