Tasmaniac Distillers

Tasmaniac Distillers are a trio of country-living, folk-singing, and banjo stringing mates, distilling down in Cygnet in southern Tasmania. Their flavours represent the Huon Valley by collaborating with local producers, farmers, and foragers. With inspiration from Scandinavia, Tasmaniac Distillers have distilled Antarctic Aquavit, which is the most southern produced Aquavit in the world.

Their Trademark Gin, Strawberry Apero, and Coffee Liqueur have been incredibly popular amongst venues within Tasmania. These spirits capture the essence of the island state, offering a unique taste of the Huon Valley's bounty.
