Luna Chan

What started in 2018 as a small food van selling handmade Gua Bao at local markets has become a southern Tasmanian institution with Luna Chan opening in 2021, to serve the best of Taiwan.

A reflection of stallholder Eva’s childhood and memories of her homeland, local produce and some twisted ideas result in delicious Taiwanese cuisine, especially the crispy whole squid!
