Osare

Osare (pronounced o’ za-ray) in Italian, means to dare. Dare is founder Pat's son and his maternal grandfather’s middle name. Pat is bringing Italian influences made in Tasmania to this year’s festival, inviting you to celebrate summer with Limoncello Mojitos, local spritz and digestive liqueurs to finish your meal.
