Ming Court Restaurant

Established in 1979, Ming Court is a Sandy Bay institution appearing at Tasmania’s Taste of Summer once again.

Cooking over a charcoal grill, the team will be serving two different delicious skewers including grandma’s recipe for satay sauce, as well as Chinese five spices lamb peking wrap. With a vegan option there is something for everyone at the Ming Court stall.
